Matt Pleztrom is a Paris-based electronic musician. He has designed a lot of corporate’s soundtracks, and several sound’s kits. He is influenced by many kinds of music but above all, Jazz, classical music, soundtracks, big beat, rock, metal and electronica. His last creations are deeply inspired by artists like Autechre, Prodigy, Herbie Hancock, Amon Tobin, Richard Devine, and many others… He is also experimenting DnB Neurofunk, merging jazz and funk with agressive groovy rythms and bass… and sometimes Metal & industrial sounds…

The story has begun in 1991, with an old Atari STE, and the software Protracker. Step by step, matt has built a sound universe, with harmonies, dark atmospheres, and noises. Now, he uses Logic, with a lot of virtual synths, and plugins, so as to create sounds everywhere, outside his homestudio…

Matt Pleztrom is working hard on new projects, all the time : new stuff is coming, videoclips, remix, EP, new collaborations…

He is currently taking part in a crew, Disable, with which he organizes some private sessions, and experimental shows.
